Personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information may be collected from You in order to respond to a request for additional information about a product/service or about ExtraMile. If You contact ExtraMile, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
ExtraMile will ask You for personal data when You report a problem with the Site or enter a sweepstakes, contest, or promotion sponsored by ExtraMile and/or our third-party partners. ExtraMile may also occasionally ask You to complete surveys that we may use for research. Many promotions offer opportunities to request additional information from third-party sponsors. We provide your credit card information to the credit card processing company to charge you for your purchases and we provide your name and address to our fulfillment house to ship products to you. The fulfillment house is not permitted to send your information to anyone else.
